Wine is imported straight from Italy to ensure authenticity, while ingredients are procured from local markets and producers. The cuisine is a careful mix of traditional and modern Italian recipes, meaning you'll find a range of exciting flavours, some of which are well known across Italy but have yet to be discovered here in the UK.
