Wistaria House, a gracious Grade IIlisted building, is situated in the heart of the Georgian town of Lymington, famous for its Saturday market, chic shopping, marinas and of course fine cuisine.

This family-owned restaurant takes great pride in its efficient and friendly staff, as well as their menu. The contemporary style dining room seats approximately 50 with a private snug room for those extra special occasions. Alfresco dining on the wooden decked area outside is popular in summer.

Head chef David Wykes designs his menus on a seasonal basis, sourcing ingredients from local suppliers to showcase the very best dishes from the New Forest and the sea. David’s team create everything themselves: cure their own bacon, smoke their own salmon and make their own sausages, brioche, bread and ravioli. Everything is market fresh, so the menu changes daily dependant on what’s available. The result is great tasting food made from simple ingredients, combined with crafted cooking techniques and careful planning.

If you’re looking for a light lunch, romantic dinner for two or even a retirement bash, Wistaria House is a must. They are open all year, and also offer accommodation comprising three deluxe double rooms, all en-suite for your convenience.
