Aside from the food, a highlight of the Amaryllis experience is the selection of events that are regularly held; events include King's College Has Talent, where staff from the neighbouring King's College Hospital show off their myriad skills. Another sensation is the urban variety show on the first Friday of every month, where rappers, dancers, comedians and singers bring the dancehall-variety-show tradition hurtling into the 21st Century.
