Fino

The tapas available at Fino are about as good as they get. The authentic Spanish food and convivial atmosphere are so convincing that you would be forgiven for thinking you were dining in Madrid, if it weren't for the stunning views across the Clyde that Fino offers. The menu combines Scottish ingredients with the passionate cuisine of Spain, from the fresh savoury tart with Spanish black pudding, onion marmalade and quail's egg to the chicken skewers marinated in orange, soy and sesame seeds, served with mashed potato and Padron peppers. The dishes can be matched with a number of fabulous wines chosen by master sommelier Bruno Murciano, who has been supplying the Spanish royal family since 2006 with his critically acclaimed wine, La Malkerida.
