From the moment you enter the ornately decorated Voodoo Rooms, you are made to feel special by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food and drinks menus have been carefully redesigned to showcase the best European and British cuisine, complemented by a large range of inventive drinks and cocktails. Try the Be All, End All: Absolut vodka, apricot brandy, Angostura bitters, green tea, honey water, ginger and pineapple juice served over ice – just wait until you see how it’s presented. For a tantalising main, we recommend the fennel- and mushroom-crusted pork fillet, goat’s cheese and roast pepper ravioli with caramelised walnuts, or the cauliflower risotto with scallops, with chocolate jelly and flaked almonds. Follow with any of the delicious desserts, or a Millionaire’s Shortbread cocktail of Laphroaig whisky, walnut liqueur, espresso, caramel and brown sugar, served with crushed biscuits and chocolate shavings – perfection.
