Pizza Geeks started out at Edinburgh’s bustling food markets, where the team’s recipes were tried and tested by enthusiastic crowds. Today, the well-loved brand continues to visit some of the city’s best festivals, while also offering a handy takeaway service and boasting its own quirky Mothership base. Inside the restaurant, you’ll find a lively but laid-back atmosphere and the friendly team of staff is always on-hand to offer recommendations or help with any dietary requirements. Behind the counter, you’ll notice the roaring oven – heated to 400 degrees, this authentic pizza oven helps create a subtle charred flavour and a crust that’s perfectly chewy on the inside and a little crispy on the outside.

The dough at Pizza Geeks is made in classic Neapolitan style: flour, water, salt and yeast are expertly mixed before being slow-proved for at least 48 hours and lovingly kneaded and shaped by hand. Each pizza is cooked to order too, so you can always be assured of the freshness of your food.

The menu comprises a huge selection of fare, as well as delicious sides and delightful desserts.
