Specialising in modern Scottish cuisine, the North Bridge Brasserie puts a premium on local, seasonal produce in order to deliver some of the finest food in the city. Led by the hugely talented executive head chef Paul Hart, the restaurant boasts an eclectic menu that changes on an almost daily basis to incorporate the freshest and finest ingredients available. Some of chef Hart's latest creations include wild Scottish rabbit cannelloni with hazelnut and black pudding, pan-fried Peterhead monkfish cheeks, and the Clentrie Farm Puddledub Pork tasting menu, which is inspired by local meat and seasonal vegetables. The Brasserie also has a reputation for fine classic cocktails and contemporary concoctions, as well as having one of the most extensive collections of malt whiskies in Edinburgh. At present you can also enjoy an introductory whisky experience that includes four sensational drams and specially selected food pairings
