The Blathwayt

The Blathwayt is situated near Bath Racecourse and Lansdown Golf Course and has been a regular hostelry for race-goers, golfers and locals for years. It has recently undergone some major changes, and has been transformed into a quality restaurant, complete with a team of top chefs serving up fantastic cuisine.

You can relax and unwind over a glass of wine from the vast list, try one of the real ales, or sample one of the many tantalising treats from the lunch or dinner menu. The speciality menu opens up a whole new world of seafood and, to add even more variety, the specials are changed on a weekly basis while the main menu changes four or five times a year.

Aside from the simple pleasures of sitting around a cosy log fire in the winter, you can also enjoy the sun in the large garden and alfresco dining area. A children’s menu that Jamie Oliver would be proud of, baby-changing facilities and a children’s play area mean the little ones will be happy too.
