The atmosphere is extremely sociable and welcoming, providing a fantastic place to unwind. The giant television screen captures the best sporting events and there is regular live entertainment in the evenings.

All meals here are tasty and plentiful, as good American food should be. The appetisers are particularly palatable; the generous range includes what have become favourites of mine: shrimp cocktail with peppers and cucumber in an American lime dressing, and tortilla chips with peach salsa. This kind of exciting and varied flavour runs throughout the entire menu. There is a generous range of starters to share, perfect for the outgoing ambience: nachos, chilli prawns and a most enjoyable Gut Buster Combo. Mains consist of a range of classic American steaks and burgers as well as salads, pastas and impressive house specials, including Marilyn's Chilli (for those who like it hot), and a full rack of the most succulent tender pork ribs.

Branaghan's is certainly worth the journey, as you are guaranteed a good time. This is the ideal setting for a fun-filled night of entertainment and great food with your friends and family.
