The Buttery Café is a friendly, fully licensed restaurant situated within Burgh House (one of North London’s most popular wedding venues), a beautiful 300-year-old building nestled in the heart of Hampstead. There’s no better place to relax – the restaurant is contemporary, warm and inviting and, as it is run by expert caterers Leafi, you’re guaranteed to find only the best fare on offer. I opted for the tasty chicken Caesar salad, which was accompanied by a generous portion of fluffy new potatoes – the ingredients were as fresh as can be. I also relished the buttered onion bread side dish, which was recommended by our knowledgeable host. For dessert, I devoured the indulgent homemade chocolate brownie, which was undeniably moreish. As well as offering a fantastic à la carte menu, the restaurant also offers breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas as well as fabulous Sunday lunches.
