Pinocchio’s in Minehead is fast becoming known for its excellent cuisine and relaxed atmosphere. Open daily for lunch and dinner, they offer a well-balanced and interesting menu. Head chef Barrie Tucker was born and raised in Somerset where he began his career as a chef, but left to develop his craft in London, under Nico Ladenis. After five years at Chez Nico, Barrie further honed his skills in the South of France, before returning to Somerset. Here he became head chef at Combe House Hotel before moving to Pinocchio’s as head chef and proprietor. Barrie and his business partner Fausto Lalomia are passionate about using only the finest local ingredients, sourced from a selection of top-quality suppliers. Dishes always feature the best ingredients available and everything is prepared on site – from freshly baked bread to homemade ice creams and sorbets. If you’re looking for outstanding food and a relaxed atmosphere then Pinocchio’s is the place.
