The chicken supreme with a white wine risotto and Stilton sauce is simply divine – smooth, creamy and flavoursome, the risotto melts in the mouth. The sirloin steak served with home cut chips – a traditional meal which holds its own alongside the chicken supreme – was cooked to perfection, flavourful and worthy of the title, ‘British classic.’ For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding is light and fluffy and, once again, presented with exceptional skill. The chocolate pudding combines rich and warm comfort with the bite of cold ice cream and should be enjoyed languidly.
