Vibrant and alluring, Feast India offers a true culinary voyage around the subcontinent, with six live theatre kitchens, known as the ‘food bazaar’, for you to watch. This is a fantastic concept, giving guests the opportunity to try all the wonderful varieties of Indian cuisine, going far beyond the boundaries of the traditional curry house.

With the live kitchens as the focal point of the restaurant, diners can view chefs freshly preparing an endless array of amazing dishes, and the set price enables you to freely explore the buffet – demonstrating quality that you may never have before experienced, and allowing you to discover delicious new favourites. The highly experienced specialist chefs hail from all corners of India, from Bombay to Calcutta and Goa to Kashmir, reflecting all the diversity and authenticity of Indian cuisine. Chefs are able to interact with guests to help them understand the history and background of their exquisite dishes, and give advice on how to enjoy the best combination of flavours.

A new menu is created daily to provide a different experience on every visit. The menu can include tender grilled kebabs and tikkas from the North West frontier; giant crispy South Indian pancakes served with fresh coconut chutneys and a light sambar dhal; hakka noodles from the fiery Indo-Chinese stir fry; traditional Bombay street snacks with a sweet and savoury kick, and exquisite curries from all regions of India. Delicately flavoured traditional and Continental desserts accompanied by soft ice cream are the perfect end to this gastronomic adventure. As well as the finest cuisine, there is an extensive drinks menu that includes carefully selected wines, delicious cocktails, fresh fruit ‘mocktails’ and a wide range of spirits and liqueurs.

The restaurant has been lavishly designed to reflect the culture of modern-day India; here you can sit and enjoy a celebration of Bollywood in the intimate booths, take in the stunning panoramic view of Bombay’s Marine Drive or learn about the history of Indian cricket in the Pavilion Bar. Around each corner are items imported especially from India to enhance the authenticity of the experience.

The restaurant has gone from strength to strength lately and was recently invited to cater a prestigious lunch for the British Embassy in Paris, working with the renowned Drouhin Wines to create a spectacular six-course lunch. The guest list included leading members of Parisian society and food journalists from the French media, such as daily newspaper Le Figaro. With clientele coming from across the UK and abroad to enjoy the experience, Feast India is also expanding its ventures into the corporate events and outdoor catering market, with its new banqueting and catering division.
