Located in the popular village of Finchingfield, The Red Lion Inn has acquired an excellent reputation for providing high quality, reasonably priced pub food, quality wines and real ales (the latter earning them a mention in CAMRA'S Good Beer Guide for 2010) - all in fabulously comfortable surroundings. Upon entering, you will be met by a traditional beamed bar area with a crackling open fire and seating for 24, where you can relax and enjoy a meal or drink at your leisure. In addition, there is a separate dining room which can accommodate up to 40 diners. This exquisite room is also available for private parties. All delicious dishes are prepared on the premises using locally sourced produce where possible, and in addition to the extensive bar and snack menu, a selection of up to ten homemade specials and fresh fish dishes are available every day. If you just feel like a snack, the tuna and Cheddar melt panini is perfect; for the heartier appetite, there is a range of steaks available, all the way up to a mighty 14oz T-bone.
