Zouk Tea Bar & Grill
Indian and South Asian

1312 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 8LF

Brothers Mudassar and Tayub Amjad's vision with Zouk Tea Bar & Grill was to re-educate the British palate when it comes to Indian cuisine. That's why the chefs here are able to really show off what Indian cooking is all about and create only premium quality dishes made with fresh produce.
A particular speciality at Zouk is the seafood, which is delivered fresh by a Liverpool-based supplier. Try the Goan fish curry - delicious haddock cooked with fresh coconut, curry leaves and cracked mustard - or perhaps the red snapper fillet marinated in a blend of herbs and grilled until tender. Of the menu's varied selection of other curries, one of the most popular is the lamb nihari: a traditional dish from Lahore consisting of lamb (sourced from within 30 miles of the restaurant) slow-cooked and served with a thick, spicy sauce. Every dish is made from scratch, with no standard base sauce in sight, so each one is individual. There's also a grill selection that sees prime cuts of marinated steak served with your chosen accompanying sauce. Further spectacle is offered at the bar in the shape of mixologists blending, stirring and shaking cocktails and mocktails to your liking.
Multi-award-winning, diverse and fun, Zouk Tea Bar & Grill offers a lunchtime or evening dining experience with a real difference
