The brasserie, set within the 700-year-old BridgeHouse Hotel in Beaminster, is beautifully stylish and relaxed, and is a firm favourite with locals. A blend of old Dorset favourites with his own original take on contemporary British fare has earned the West Dorset restaurant two AA rosettes, a Taste of the West Gold Award and Dorset Tourism's Hotel of the Year award.
