Dating back to the 14th Century, The Thatched Inn was originally three stone cottages before it was converted into a public house. Many of the building's original features remain, lending the pub a nice homely character.
Start with Brie wedges or the mozzarella and tomato salad, or, if you're really hungry, then get things going with the Mighty Combo for two, consisting of garlic bread slices, chicken bites, Brie wedges and beer-battered onion rings, served with sweet chilli and barbecue dips. Next tuck into one of their juicy steaks, served with peas, a flat mushroom, a tomato, beer-battered onion rings and a choice of chips or new potatoes.
