Tempura scallops with a sweet chilli sauce were a stunning surprise and delicious starter, and were followed by a fantastic John Dory, accompanied by crab mash and drizzled with a pesto and lemon sauce. The whole, local sea bass with capers, sundried tomato butter and a zingy salsa was also stunning.
