Corkers is located on Poole's bustling quayside overlooking Brownsea Island and the constant activity of commercial shipping and luxury pleasure craft. Corkers' Lower Deck Café Bar offers an excellent breakfast menu, morning teas and coffees, luncheons, afternoon teas and an evening menu. The fully licensed bar has an excellent wine list, draught and bottled lagers, real ales and alfresco seating. Corkers' first-floor Upper Deck Restaurant is elegant yet informal, and offers the best of Dorset - including fresh fish and shellfish. Steak, lamb, veal, chicken and vegetarian choices feature, as well as a young person's menu. Many enjoy the sharing platter - whole lobster, crab, prawns, scallops, mussels, oysters and calamari. Corkers offers five Top Deck second-floor guest rooms, all achieving the VisitBritain four-star silver award.
