Over 40 years ago Giuseppe came to England to realise his life-long dream of opening a traditional Italian restaurant in Bristol. Now his son Mike has ably taken the reins, continuing to bring the very best of home-cooked authentic Italian cuisine to the UK. The recipes have been passed down through the generations to Mike's mother's kitchen, and are now used in Bottelino's.
