Believed to be the oldest dwelling in Keynsham, The Old Manor House is a 17th-century hotel that boasts ten en-suite bedrooms. The historic bar and restaurant are cosy and beautifully traditional in appearance. Crimson adorns the walls and upholstery, while dark wood and portraits in gold frames add a regal touch.
In keeping with the building’s historic character, the food at The Old Manor House focuses on seamlessly blending the old with the new. Head chef Mike Philips has created a fabulous menu that presents classic ingredients with contemporary flair – a mouth-watering combination. Perhaps you’ll start with a beautifully presented beetroot- and gin-soaked salmon gravadlax served with pickled beetroot, and follow with the fillet of Cornish sea bream atop samphire risotto with Cornish dulse. Each dish is crafted with seasonal produce and is accompanied by a selection of wine and Champagne, and a range of fine gins and Fever-Tree tonics.
A beautifully decorated ballroom makes The Old Manor House Hotel the perfect spot to host a celebratory function or a stylish banquet for a special occasion. The stunning walled gardens provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos, should you decide to hold your ceremony here.
