The Plough Inn in Wheatley has been transformed in recent years, and what a turnaround it has seen. The pub has been beautifully decorated and there is plenty of choice when it comes to dining. Pop by for lunch or a relaxing evening meal. The popular carvery on Sunday sees a choice of fine local meats. Keep your eyes peeled for Caribbean takeaways and speciality pizzas, too. All the food is sourced as locally as possible, and local businesses like to get involved, too. The beautiful flowers bedecking the front of the inn come courtesy of the nearby farm shop. Set in an acre of land, there is endless space at The Plough to while away lazy summer days with a fine ale or glass of wine - there is also a new al fresco bar. As the weather cools down, diners appreciate the roaring log fi res and hearty dishes. A marquee with a 300-person capacity is also available, and the talented team cater beautifully for events
