The menu takes inspiration from across the USA, with thousands of miles' worth of classic American dishes to choose from. Premium burgers are popular here, made daily from freshly pressed corn-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, but another real favourite is the meatball pasta bake. It features macaroni pasta tossed in Neapolitan sauce with succulent meatballs, pepperoni, cheese, green chillies and red onion, topped with Grana Padano and baked in the oven for perfection. Alternatively, try the Chicago Fire deep-dish pizza, loaded with pepperoni slices, succulent meatballs, red onion and fiery fresh chillies. If that's not enough to set your tastebuds into overdrive, there are Coast to Coast specials such as Kentucky wings, chips 'n' dips and fresh exciting salads. As for breakfast, eggs Benedict and pancakes with bacon and maple syrup are among the many delicious options. When it comes to dessert, be sure to ask about the uniquely flavoured ice creams. At the bar you'll find over 30 cocktails, including everything from a fruity Pina Colada to the Cherry Cola.
