Branca's menu is all about the produce. They source only the fi nest quality ingredients for the seasonal dishes, and there's plenty to please the palate. Make your culinary decisions while enjoying the excellent complimentary focaccia bread. The choice from there on in includes linguine with tiger prawns, rocket and chilli, a good-old spaghetti bolognese made with Branca fl air, and stone-baked pizzas, as well as smoked haddock risotto, sea bream with pine nut and shrimp butter, and lamb rump with caponata.
Finish with traditional desserts such as panna cotta and chocolate torta and you'll certainly leave with a smile on your face. The wine list features a well-chosen selection of Italian bottles, the majority of which are available by the glass. There's also a choice of classic cocktails; the cocktail of the month on our visit was the Pomegranate Cosmo, made with Absolut citron, triple sec, fresh pomegranate, lime juice and pineapple.
