When it comes to authentic Italian dining, Mama Mia sets the bar high. This sophisticated restaurant, exuding an air of romance and style, offers an excellent level of service and is friendly, welcoming and highly professional. Delectable specials include tasty white crabmeat risotto and tender venison with wild mushrooms. Plenty of top-notch, freshly made pizzas and pasta dishes are also readily available. On hearing several other customers order the steak, I followed suit and discovered my own personal star of the show. Comprising succulent, melt-in-the-mouth beef from the local area, this popular dish was cooked to absolute perfection. While dining at this family-run restaurant, I felt as if I had been transported to sunny Italy thanks to its relaxed feel. Mama Mia offers elegant surroundings, generous portions and faultless hospitality - I've already made plans to return.
