Here the high-quality ingredients and attention to detail take centre stage. The menu is comprised of the best quality sake (salmon), hamachi (yellow tail), maguro (tuna), unagi kabayaki (eel), hotategai (scallops) and other fresh fish available at the market each day.

Perhaps begin with a starter of mozuku - seaweed grown on sea rock - with sweet vinegar and a quail's egg, or the spicy scallops jalapeno (sliced scallops served with a coriander leaf and topped with jalapeno sauce). Following this, expect a choice of eight or 14-piece sashimi platters, six or 12-piece sushi platters, and a generously sized combination platter. For those who enjoy traditional (and nontraditional) sushi and handrolls, ten choices are available, all freshly made to order. The new bento box menu is perfect for lunch on the go - options include salmon rolls, seaweed salad and a sushi nigiri selection, followed by green tea opera cake, or chasoba noodle rolls with edamame beans followed by pistachio and chocolate ganache mousse.
