Michelin-starred Outlaw’s at The Capital is the first London restaurant from acclaimed seafood chef Nathan Outlaw. Menus showcase an exquisite selection of seasonal and sustainable British seafood options. ‘Our produce is simply the freshest and the best, caught by fishermen we know well in Cornwall. I am proud of such a unique menu; for me fish is always the star ingredient’ enthuses Nathan.

A three-course meal cooked by head chef Andrew Sawyer might commence with cured monkfish with pickled peppers and coriander yoghurt, while mains feature imaginative dishes such as brill with crispy oyster and kale, and bass paired with Outlaw’s signature Porthilly sauce. Desserts include the likes of honey-custard tart accompanied by quince, anise and gingerbread ice cream, while those with more savoury tastes can demolish some Davidstow Cheddar.

On top of the à la carte menu, there’s an award-winning set lunch menu as well as a five-course tasting menu. Light floods the elegant restaurant thanks to the huge windows that look out over Basil Street, and Harrods is a mere 87 steps away. Adjoining is the Capital Bar, renowned for its enviable whisky collection and popular whisky and cheese pairing classes. Nathan hosts regular events and masterclasses throughout the year.
