Set within 18th-century brick-lined basement warehouses that once fronted the River Thames, The Vaults restaurant is a stunning place for a spot of lunch in the heart of London - it's a haven of excellent food and service just off the Strand. Head chef Darren Archer uses the best of British produce to create his dishes, carefully sourcing ingredients from trusted local suppliers. Fish comes from sustainable stocks and meat is only sourced from grazed herds. The concise, carefully considered menu changes monthly to take advantage of the fi nest seasonal goods.
