St. Villa

St. Villa is a unique and stunning five-star venue located just outside the bustling town centre. Downstairs boasts a chic and stylish interior with a lovely bar area, decorated with grey crushed velvet and white marble, and accented with stunning pieces of contemporary art throughout. Meanwhile, upstairs is all white linen and crystal with more of a fi ne dining vibe. The team here is passionate about offering an exceptional welcome and serving outstanding food. I began with a superb king prawn dish, fried with chilli and garlic. The night we visited happened to be steak night and I eagerly plumped for a tender, juicy steak cooked just to my liking and served with frites, before finishing with an eclectic cheeseboard. My dining partner began with the house terrine with homemade piccalilli, followed by pork chop served with a spicy red peppercorn sauce, and rounded off with a delicious chocolate brownie. The food, drink and atmosphere of St. Villa make this a venue not to miss.
