Here, the customer is king.
The warm welcome that you receive as you enter, lets you know immediately that customer satisfaction is uppermost in the thoughts of the staff. Smiling faces, polite and attentive service with the backdrop of smart, clean, sharp lined décor gives this Peking and Cantonese restaurant an air of sophistication and class.
The menu's vast listing of exotic dishes is outstanding. Being seduced by the endless permutations of delights on offer, the chef's 15 years of experience is clearly evident for all to see. Even vegetarians, who usually get a bad deal when eating out, are spoilt for choice here.
Once you realise that an evening of gastronomic indulgence is unavoidable, this reviewer would suggest that you unbuckle your belt a notch or two, sit back and enjoy being spoilt.
We were not surprised to hear that a very famous Sawbridgeworth couple enjoy the food here, as do other well-known celebrities. On the night we visited, no famous faces showed up, however, we did note familiar faces everywhere - those of other satisfied diners.
