Succulent chicken served over fajita vegetables and pink onions is a fi ne choice for your main. Chicken and chorizo skewers also feature, and the fully loaded burrito packs a punch, as does the fiery chilli chicken, enchiladas and veggie, chicken, pork and beef chilli quesadillas. Maybe you'll crave a beef chilli burger or a rack of lip smacking ribs. Otherwise, you can always plump for a formidable, super-juicy steak with fries or spiced Mexican rice, or a fresh and enticing citrus-dressed salad of blackened salmon, Cajun spices and roasted veg.
