Stock & Bailey, a boutique catering company, is the creation of Ashley Stock and Paul Bailey. As highly experienced chefs - with a combined 30 years of experience between them - they realised that what clients really wanted in a caterer was a very personal, bespoke service, with the minute attention to detail that is sometimes lacking in larger organisations.
