There will always be ten cask-conditioned ales, Belgian beers, local brews, ten real ciders and a selection of traditional perries on offer at this multiaward-winner. Proprietors John and Kathy Chadwick not only want to tantalise you with their beverage selection, but also with their menu of fine pub food. An extensive menu of hearty pub grub awaits, with dishes ranging from traditional fillet of home-battered cod to sirloin steak with all the trimmings. There are also light snacks like jacket potatoes and panini. A blackboard of daily specials complements an already huge choice. The Arkwright Arms isn't just for beer-lovers though - the whole family are welcome here, with a beer garden complete with climbing frame and slide for the little ones.
