The Market Place Restaurant has been a family-run establishment for nearly 30 years. With a lovely warm ambience and friendly staff, it's the place to visit when in the village of Cromford - made famous by Sir Richard Arkwright. The Market Place Restaurant offers a superb range of menus to suit all pockets. The delicious à la carte boasts a great choice of starters - homemade Cromford smokie, barbecue spare ribs and Stilton-stuffed mushrooms, for example - and mains such as their famous sizzling steaks, roast lamb shank and pork New York, to name just a few. There's also a three-course special, including wine, available for £10.95 per person at lunchtime, £15 per person in the evening from Tuesday to Friday and Sunday lunch is £13.95. The team's latest venture, The Market Place Terrace, Barbecue & Tapas, is an exciting prospect to look out for
