Husband-and-wife team Paul and Ashley Hadfield have been serving up memories at Ashfields Restaurant since 1987. Found in the village of Earl Shilton, with ample car parking opposite, Ashfields is conveniently located. Once inside, customers can look forward to an excellent selection of menus where the emphasis is on modern British food with intriguing hints of the Mediterranean. Dishes are designed to suit every taste and pocket, and everything is cooked fresh to order. The two stylish dining rooms can accommodate up to 50 people, and the cosy bar is just the spot for enjoying an aperitif or digestif. An excellent wine list accompanies the ever-changing menus, and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, you can get two main courses and a bottle of house wine from the amusingly titled ‘posh menu’ for £23.95.
