In Fusion lies in Cardiff Bay. It’s a sleek oriental restaurant near the popular Mermaid Quay and the Millennium Centre. A warm, modern interior displaying work of local artists instantly sets the mood for a relaxed evening of high standards.

A carefully selected choice of dishes caters for all tastes, while paying attention to your health. Starters such as satay vegetable kebabs and spicy triangles are reasonably priced and impeccably presented. Main courses include Lemon Sling –chicken in a honey lemon sauce; and Deep Colour Purple –aubergines with garlic and black beans. For seafood fans, East Meet West combines fresh scallops with tiger prawns and more.

Desserts include organic Welsh ice cream and Banana Explosion (banana fritters). In Fusion provides a comprehensive menu with an excellent vegetarian selection and wine list. The inventive menu also includes a useful guide for people who suffer from food allergies. Set menus include business lunches (a large private room is available upstairs for business events), bank holiday specials and a Christmas menu. In addition, the restaurant contains a wine shop holding a large selection of wines, and a takeaway and delivery service (including wine delivery).
