An epic event tailor-made for Cardiff’s most passionate wine connoisseurs and foodies, this End of Year Wine Extravaganza will start with a champagne tasting in the bar followed by a ten-course seasonal tasting menu.


In the Wine Bar: Wine & Charcuterie Tasting – Tuesday 26th November

(£25pp 6.30pm to 8.30pm)

Every month, Park House Restaurant & Wine Bar holds a series of regional monthly wine tastings on their 1st-floor wine bar and this month the restaurant is showcasing some amazing charcuterie from Wales, Scotland and England.

An affordable opportunity to get to sample outstanding wines from the restaurant’s winemaker and importer friends, each and every wine will be available to purchase on the evening, and every guest will also be provided with a tasting booklet with notes.

Also, if you choose to dine at the restaurant after the tasting and savour some of the incredible dishes off of their new seasonal autumn menus, you’ll get a 25% discount off of all drinks and food.


Highland Wagyu Beef Evening – Friday 29th November

(£99 7pm)

For just £99 per person, join Park House Restaurant & Wine Bar for an evening dedicated to the extraordinary Highland Wagyu Beef. Starting in the wine bar at 7pm with Wagyu beef pastrami, discover the finest Wagyu Beef in Europe with an 8-course tasting menu skilfully prepared by the restaurant’s gifted chefs as Craig Smith from Highland Wagyu talks you through what makes Wagyu beef so special.

A feast carefully composed to showcase full blood Highland Wagyu Beef to its fullest, a variety of different cooking processes and cuts will be utilised to create a symphony of fantastic flavours that will have your tastebubs standing on their feet and vociferously applauding.

With a herd of 2000 individuals, the cattle are born, bred and fed in the Perthshire Ochills and hand-reared and handpicked for their maturity and flavour to deliver the ultimate Wagyu experience.

It won’t just be all beef though. The 8-course tasting menu will also contain fish and vegetable dishes, along with desserts, all with a unique Wagyu twist.


Six-Course Christmas Day Lunch 2019
