Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is the country’s leading maritime museum and home to three of the most important ships ever built – the Mary Rose, Nelson’s flagship HMS Victory and the HMS Warrior 1860.

This January & February, Boathouse Number 4’s Restaurant are offering 15% discount on food. (You don’t need a ticket for the museum to visit the restaurant.) All you need to do is make a reservation and enjoy our delicious seasonal menu as well as stunning views across the harbour.

Boathouse Number 4 is a bustling restaurant that attracts Maritime enthusiasts a plenty. You can enjoy dishes such as Chestnut mushrooms on Brioche toast with Isle of White garlic; or Blade of beef stew in red wine with crushed potatoes and a homemade bread.

At Boathouse Number 4 in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, you can watch boatbuilding in action and learn about the vital role of small boats in the Royal Navy, from the wooden cutters that ferried Lord Nelson to the cockleshell heroes in their canoes and the powerful motorboats that helped to win the Second World War.

Boathouse Number 4 Restaurant opens from 10am until 4pm daily, serving lunch from midday (last orders 3.30pm). The menu includes Gluten free and Dairy free options.
