easter trends 2017

A four day weekend – the perfect excuse to catch up with friends and family. We’ve done the research on the best Easter themed concoctions and treats that are trending this year.

The Cadbury’s creme egg bakes have been around for years but are still a delight every year: Brownies, Creme Egg Scotch Eggs and Creme Egg Vodka – but now there’s much more available in cocktail and edible format.

Long-gone are the days when we all made Easter nests out out melted chocolate, mini eggs and Wheetabix, it seems with every year that passes, there’s a new Easter trend on social media. These trends are creeping into restaurants, with The Diner in London serving a Freakshake in a Cadbury’s Easter Egg on Good Friday:

  1. I think I would like to try one of each please! Everything looks so yummy. I am going to attempt to hunt down a Bread Ahead hot cross bun doughnut today. Wish me luck!
