West London will be filled with displays of green-fingered prowess this May for the centenary year of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and to celebrate the occasion, the area’s chicest restaurant and bar, The Botanist, will be planting a pop-up in the middle of Sloane Square.

From Wednesday 22nd May until Saturday 25th May inclusive, The Botanist team will be expertly manning the elegant Oyster and Joseph Perrier Champagne Bar. Patrons can expect freshly shucked wild Colchester, Jersey, Lindisfarne or Prestige Speciale de Claire oysters, which can be ordered individually from £2.50 or by the half-dozen from £14. Accompany your oyster of choice with a chilled glass, bottle, or even magnum of delectable Jose Joseph Perrier Champagne. The Brut Cuvée Royale will be available for £9 a glass, £52 a bottle, or £100 for a magnum, while the Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Royale will be available by the bottle at £80. Those who fancy some alcohol-free bubbles can quench their thirst with a refreshing Pomona Fizz cocktail made with pomegranate, pear, honey, fresh lime and tonic for just £3. What’s more, guests will be treated to daily performances by a string quartet.

The bar will be open from noon until 8pm every day between 22nd May and 25th May, so make sure you pop by for a lovely lunch, dinner or light bite at this pearl of a pop-up.
